We want you to love your new gear as much as we enjoyed creating it. Since each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges, nor make refunds unless there’s an issue with your product. Here’s how we handle things:
We Don’t Make Refunds If:
You purchased the wrong item, color, size or quantity.
You gave an incorrect address.
You decided you no longer wanted our super cool product.
We Do Make Refunds If:
Wrong Product: We messed up and you received an item that’s different from what you actually ordered.
Damaged Condition: For some reason, your item arrived in bad condition. We trust our suppliers but mistakes can happen.
How to Request a Refund:
Contact Us: Email us at hello@samarasurfculture.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
Review: We’ll review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
Resolution: If your refund is approved, you can choose to get a full refund or a new item to replace the damaged goods. No need to send the item back, since it was made to order.
Important Notes:
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The e-mail from which the issue is sent must match the e-mail that made the purchase.
The photos sent must clearly show the issue for us to understand what the problem is.
