    • Who designs your clothing? All our designs are created in-house by our founder. She draws inspiration from surf culture, coastal living, and our love for the ocean.

    • Where do you source your materials? We partner with trusted suppliers to ensure our fabrics are soft, durable, and perfect for the beach lifestyle.

    • What kind of fabrics do you use? We use high-quality, soft fabrics that are comfortable and perfect for everyday wear. You’ll love the feel and fit!

    • How do your sizes run? Our sizes are not oversized. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend going 2-3 sizes up from your usual size.

    • What payment methods do you accept? We accept safe and secure payments with any major credit or debit card.

    • Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the USA. However, we’re working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

    • How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary depending on your location. Items are shipped 2-3 days after sent to production; orders within the contiguous USA typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Please allow extra time for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

    • Can I track my order? Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

    • Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed? Since our products are made to order, we can not accept changes or cancellations Please make sure you choose the right item, color, size and quantity, and give the right address to avoid any issues.

    • What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong product? If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund.

    • How do I care for my Samara Surf Culture apparel? For best results, we recommend washing your items in cold water, with the print inside out and hanging them to dry or tumble dry with low temperature. This helps maintain the quality and longevity of the fabric and the print.
